Buildmaster Anti-Fraud & Security Policy

At Buildmaster Marketing Inc., we are committed to protecting our customers and our business from fraud, unauthorized activity, and security risks. This policy explains the measures we take to safeguard transactions and the responsibilities of both Buildmaster and customers in ensuring secure use of our platform.

Fraud Prevention Measures

  • Buildmaster uses industry-standard fraud detection systems to monitor transactions.

  • Suspicious transactions (such as repeated failed payments, unusual order patterns, or mismatched account details) may be flagged for review.

  • We may request additional verification (e.g., valid ID, confirmation call, or proof of payment) before fulfilling flagged orders.

Secure Payments

  • All card and e-wallet payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

  • Buildmaster does not store full credit/debit card details.

  • Sensitive information (such as passwords and financial details) is encrypted and transmitted securely.

Account Security

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Buildmaster will never ask for your password via email, text, or phone.

  • Customers should report suspicious account activity immediately to support@buildmaster.ph.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension, cancellation of orders, or legal action:

  • Use of stolen or unauthorized credit/debit cards or e-wallets

  • Creation of fake accounts or impersonation of another person

  • Abuse of promotional offers or store credits

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate Buildmaster systems or services

Investigation & Enforcement

  • Buildmaster reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent.

  • Confirmed cases of fraud will be reported to the proper authorities, including law enforcement and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

  • Customers found engaging in fraudulent activity may be permanently banned from Buildmaster’s platform.

Fairness Commitment

  • Security checks are conducted to protect both Buildmaster and customers, and will not be used to unreasonably delay legitimate transactions.

  • Customers who are mistakenly flagged will be assisted promptly to complete their orders.

  • We will always respect customer rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
