Buildmaster Privacy Policy

At Buildmaster Marketing Inc., we provide customers the option to create an online account for easier ordering, tracking, and access to exclusive features. This policy explains your rights and responsibilities when registering and using a Buildmaster account.

1. Account Registration

  • Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

  • One individual may only register one account.

  • Accounts may not be created using false information, impersonating another person, or using unauthorized details.

  • Buildmaster will never request your password through email, text, or phone.

  • Any suspicious or unauthorized activity on your account should be reported immediately to support@buildmaster.ph.

3. Account Use

  • Customers agree not to use their accounts for fraudulent activities, resale of promotional discounts, or violations of Buildmaster’s Terms of Use.

  • Buildmaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

4. Account Benefits

Registered users may enjoy:

  • Faster checkout and order tracking

  • Access to order history and receipts

  • Eligibility for loyalty programs, promotions, or store credits (where applicable)

  • Personalized recommendations and services

5. Account Termination

  • Customers may close their account at any time by contacting Buildmaster support.

  • Buildmaster may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

    • Violation of this policy or Terms of Use

    • Fraudulent or abusive activity

    -Inactivity for 24 months (with prior notice) will lead to account termination

  • Termination of an account does not affect a customer’s rights to refunds, warranties, or other valid claims.

6. Fairness Commitment

Customers will be informed in advance if any significant changes affect their accounts.

We will not terminate accounts without just cause or without notice, except in cases of fraud or legal violations.

All personal data linked to accounts will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Notice and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
