Buildmaster Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Buildmaster Marketing Inc., we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to Iloilo City, Panay Island, and other serviceable areas nationwide through our logistics partners.

  • Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location.

2. Delivery Timelines

We strive for fast and reliable delivery, but timelines may vary depending on order size, product type, and delivery location:

  • Same-Day Delivery – Available for selected items and orders within Iloilo City (cut-off times apply).

  • Standard Delivery – 24 hours for most locations.

  • Provincial Deliveries – Timelines may vary depending on partner couriers and distance.

Customers will receive an order tracking number or notification to monitor delivery status.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery address.

  • Promotional offers (such as free shipping or discounted rates) will be clearly stated when available.

4. Delays & Notifications

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic restrictions (such as truck bans in certain areas)

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Supplier or logistics partner issues

In case of delays, Buildmaster will promptly notify customers and provide revised delivery estimates.

5. Transfer of Responsibility

  • Products remain under Buildmaster’s responsibility until they are successfully delivered and acknowledged by the customer or authorized recipient.

  • Once delivered and signed for, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • For COD orders, multiple redelivery attempts by the courier, after which the parcel is returned to the seller. Repeated failed deliveries can lead to the temporary or permanent suspension of the COD payment option for the customer.

  • For prepaid orders, Buildmaster will coordinate with the customer for re-delivery. Additional fees may apply if the failure was due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

7. Fairness Commitment

  • We will not impose hidden shipping charges.

  • Customers will always be informed of shipping fees and delivery schedules before confirming an order.

  • If delivery fails due to Buildmaster’s error, re-delivery will be at no extra cost to the customer.
