Buildmaster Cancellations Policy

At Buildmaster Marketing Inc., we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel their orders and how cancellations are processed.

Eligibility for Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch without penalty.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, customers may still file for a return or exchange in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed, including:

  • Special-order items (customized or made-to-order products)

  • Bulk orders arranged under special pricing agreements

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Consumables and perishable goods

Cancellation Process

  1. Contact Buildmaster Customer Support through email, hotline, or live chat.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

  3. Our team will confirm if the order has already been dispatched.

    1. If not yet dispatched: the cancellation will be processed immediately.

    2. If already dispatched: the order cannot be canceled, but returns may be requested upon delivery.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, refunds will be issued through the original payment method, bank transfer, GCash, or store credit as applicable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to the processing times of payment providers.

Fairness Commitment

  • We will not charge hidden fees for valid cancellations.

  • Customers will always be informed of their order status before cancellation is finalized.

  • If cancellation occurs due to a Buildmaster error (such as unavailability of stock despite confirmation), customers are entitled to a full refund with priority processing.
