Buildmaster Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise required by law or warranty terms.
2. Conditions for Return

The item has not been used, altered, or tampered with (except in cases where the defect was discovered after use).

A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is provided.
Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., clearance sales, special-order items, consumables) unless defective or required by law.
3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

Refund (store credit or original payment method, depending on circumstances)
We aim to resolve return requests within 7–14 business days.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you paid via COD, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, GCash, or store credit.
5. Warranty Claims
For items covered by manufacturer or Buildmaster warranties:

Replacements, or refunds will follow the warranty terms provided at purchase.

Warranty service will not affect your statutory rights under the Philippine Consumer Act (RA 7394).
